1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the megawin platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms take effect immediately from the date you begin using the MegaWin platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2 User Eligibility

To use MegaWin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant authority
• Never had a MegaWin account previously closed due to a terms violation
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party

Megawin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) MegaWin account only. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure without notice.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Megawin conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit identity documents such as a national ID, passport or driving licence, as well as proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. megawin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to password negligence. You must notify the megawin support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Payment Methods

Megawin supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method. These limits are subject to change and will be displayed during the deposit process. You may set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings as part of responsible gaming practices.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests will be processed upon successful identity verification. Processing times are between 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. MegaWin reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

5 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by MegaWin are subject to specific wagering requirements. These wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the designated time frame before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user. Accounts found abusing the welcome bonus offer through multiple registrations, VPN usage or other circumvention methods will be voided without compensation.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Program

Megawin VIP program members enjoy exclusive benefits including additional bonuses, higher withdrawal limits and dedicated personal support. VIP program eligibility is determined based on betting activity history and may change at megawin's discretion.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• Megawin reserves the right to void any bonus if usage terms are violated
• Bonus funds and cash are held in separate balances until wagering requirements are met
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirement contributions

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the MegaWin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by MegaWin or any player.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, MegaWin reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round. MegaWin's decisions in such cases are final and non-disputable, provided they are made fairly and transparently.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to additional rules set by MegaWin's sports platform provider. Betting limits, odds, and available markets may change based on current conditions and MegaWin's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the megawin platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and potential legal action:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
2. Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any unauthorised method to play
3. Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities for personal gain
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
5. Using the megawin platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
6. Abusing the bonus system through fake registrations or circumvention methods
7. Accessing the platform from prohibited geographic regions using a VPN or proxy
8. Any form of threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct directed at MegaWin staff

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Megawin reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term in this document.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the MegaWin support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, all applicable conditions must be met and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

9 Liability Limits

The MegaWin platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MegaWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

Megawin does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, or free from errors or viruses. We will endeavour to minimise system downtime, but scheduled maintenance and system upgrades may cause temporary disruptions.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Megawin is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by megawin Privacy Policy which forms part of these terms.

By using the megawin platform, you agree that we may process your personal information for the purposes of service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention and improving user experience. All data is stored using the latest encryption technology.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the MegaWin platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of MegaWin or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from MegaWin.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Megawin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or registered email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any legal action is taken.
